The purpose of this guidebook is to describe the methods employed by Acme Metal Cap Co.,Inc. to provide complete Quality Assurance for our customers.

We at Acme Metal belaive that the complete satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority and we therefore strive to produce quality components at a competitive price.

As an institution, Acme Metal Cap has been I existence since 1935 and we have established a reputation as the leader in our field because of a strong commitment to quality. We have also been honored with numerous vendor awards and have been granted certification from the majority of our clients.

From our inception, our motto has been ‘Safety and Quality ‘. Now we have progressed even further, implementing new policies and procedures for ‘preventative ‘ quality assurance. With this advantage, we are able to nearly eliminate the possibility of quality control problems by detecting a problem before it occurs. These procedures are explained in detail throughout this document, but as in any successful business it all comes down to teamwork and a personal commitment to each of our valued customers.

No one is perfect and there is no possible way to avoid every problem. But,we have the lowest rate of rejections compared to any of our competitors and we are making new improvements every day to ensure that problems will not be repeated.
