From our inception, our motto has been "Safety and Quality." Now we have progressed even further, implementing new policies and procedures for "preventative" quality assurance. With this advantage, we are able to nearly eliminate the possibility of quality control problems by detecting a problem before it occurs. These procedures are explained in detail throughout this document, but as in any successful business it all comes down to teamwork and a personal commitment to each of our valued customers.

We have the lowest rate of rejections compared to any of our competitors and we are making new improvements every day to ensure that problems will not be repeated.
